Our products are considered "customized".
Suppliers are located all over the world. Asian and European apparel sizes are very different from USA sizes. Sometimes foreign suppliers do not realize this or forget that the USA is different. Most suppliers will work with us if there is a problem but it takes time.
Embroidered items require a graphic designer to create sewing templates for approval. This process can take 5-7 days before production even begins.
The Warehouse Historic Association is a non-profit organization. We can not afford to carry large inventories of products. Sold out items must be re-ordered depending upon the demand for specific sizes and colors.
Yes by special request only. If payment is not received in 7 business days, the order will be cancelled. Please be aware that items will not ship until payment is received and inventory adjusted accordingly. This will cause a delay in shipping beyond what is stated in the listing.
